Turning off ec2 and nova objectstore in nova-cc

Hi All

The nova-cloud-controller charm has installed and configured the EC2 and
nova-objectstore endpoints since the dawn of time.

EC2 is now out of the main Nova source tree and is not supported in main
(or even packaged right now) and nova-objectstore needs to die in a fire as
it has no security.

Anyone object to a rip out for 16.01?
