libsoup2.4 (2.74.3-7) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Add Build-Depends: winbind for NTLM support
  * Enable sysprof where available & explicitly disable it elsewhere.
    Previously, sysprof was an auto feature so it would be automatically
    enabled once sysprof was available at build time (which will happen
    once sysprof-enabled glib is used)
