  * do not install manpages for unsupported file systems.
    removed the build-dependency on libaal-dev.

  * applied some parts of Bastian Germann's debdiff, thanks!
    + Drop unused manpage template.
    + Drop unused lintian override.
    + Fix lintian: unused-license-paragraph-in-dep5-copyright
