  * Patch pyproject.toml to exclude debian and build directories from being
    included in the package. (Closes: #1101983)
  * Drop PYBUILD_AFTER_INSTALL from debian/rules.
  * Switch to autopkgtest-pkg-pybuild.
  * Update Standards-Version.
