gst-plugins-bad1.0 (1.26.0-1ubuntu2.2) plucky; urgency=medium

  * d/rules:
    - Installation of the gstnvcodec plugin being duplicated, removed
      the superfluous copy.
    - A prior packaging mistake caused the nvcodec plugin to only
      build for ARM platforms, when the intention was to disable it
      only for ARM platforms. Now the nvcodec plugin will be available
      to all relevant architectures again. (LP: #2109413)
