  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.0, no change required.
  * Switch to declarative KF6 debhelper build sequence.
  * Switch to dh-sequence-qmldeps for runtime QML dependencies.
  * Refresh upstream metadata.
  * Review copyright information.
