llvm-toolchain-20 (1:20.1.0~+rc2-1~exp2ubuntu0.4) plucky; urgency=medium

  * Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
    - d/rules: Unset BD_ALT_HELLO, regenerate the control file.
  * Keep building with binutils-gold for now. Known to work.
  * Restore the fix-cmake-libc patch.
