  * Packaging:
    - Switch to Standards-Version 4.7.1 (no changes needed).
    - Add <!nocheck> Build-Depends on gpg | gpg-from-sq to run debsig-verify.
  * Test suite:
    - Pass --root-owner-group to dpkg-deb.
