  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Restrict accountwizard and kaddressbook to architectures where
      QtWebEngine builds.
    - Restrict architectures for marble. No longer builds on armhf.
    - Remove konqueror from kde-baseapps.
    - Minimum KDE GEAR and Plasma verions to suit Ubuntu.
