orange3 (3.38.1-2.1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Add an upstream patch for numpy 2 compatibility (Closes: #1095670).
  * Add a missing implicit dependency on the numpy ABI (Closes: #1098974).
  * Add missing test dependencies, resulting in a local autopkgtest PASS
    (Closes: #1093478). Qt{5,6} is not explicitly declared as a dependency,
    but support exists for both versions.
