    prominent.
    Make new libreofficekit-dev-gtk depend on libgtk-3-dev instead of
    suggesting it and depend on libreofficekitgtk. Make libreofficekit-dev
    suggest the new libreofficekit-dev-gtk
  * debian/rules:
    - enable tl langpack
    - temporarily use internal lpsolve
    - PLASMA_VERSION=6; disable -kf5, keep -qt5 enabled, though
    - use new --disable-nan-tests on riscv64
  * debian/rules, debian/control.plasma.in: make -plasma Arch: all
    (except on bookworm-backports)
