  * Team upload.
  * Remove libmodule-build-perl from Build-Depends.
    This distribution uses ExtUtils::MakeMaker.
  * Add tzdata to Build-Depends-Indep.
    Thanks to Jochen Sprickerhof for the bug report. (Closes: #1099194)
  * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.7.2.
  * Set Rules-Requires-Root: no.
  * Annotate test-only build dependencies with <!nocheck>.
