  * Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
    - d/rules: Unset BD_ALT_HELLO, regenerate the control file.
    - d/rules: Keep building with binutils-gold for now. Known to work.
    - d/control.in: clang-X.Y: Depend on binutils-gold.
  * Build with NJOBS=2 on riscv64, enable the usage-wrapper for this build.
