  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.0, no changes.
  * Bump debhelper compat to 13.
  * Remove generated files in clean target.
    (closes: #1046231)
  * Use not-installed file instead of dh_install override.
  * Enable Salsa CI.
  * Switch to dh-sequence-*.
  * Replace pkg-config (build) dependency with pkgconf.
