  * Remove constraints unnecessary since stretch:
    + Build-Depends: Drop versioned constraint on debhelper.
  * Use secure copyright file specification URI.
  * Bump debhelper dependency to >= 10, since that's what is used in
    debian/compat.
  * Bump debhelper from old 10 to 13.
  * Set debhelper-compat version in Build-Depends.
  * Change priority extra to priority optional.
  * Update Vcs-* headers to use salsa repository.
  * Fix day-of-week for changelog entries 2.5-7, 2.5-3, 2.5-1.
  * Avoid explicitly specifying -Wl,--as-needed linker flag.
