  * Team upload.
  * d/rules: use DEB_BUILD_OPTION_PARALLEL instead of nproc for setting
    the amount of parallel testing.

  * need version of scikit-learn newer than 1.4 to support scipy 1.15
    fully. In the meantime skip failing tests:
    test_csr_polynomial_expansion_index_overflow[csr_array-False-True
