  * d/libclang-common-X.Y-dev.install.in: Install xray and profile headers
    on ARM32 again.
  * Build with 5 CPUs on riscv64.

llvm-toolchain-20 (1:20.1.0-1~exp2ubuntu1) plucky; urgency=medium

  * Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
    - d/rules: Unset BD_ALT_HELLO, regenerate the control file.
    - d/rules: Keep building with binutils-gold for now. Known to work.
    - d/control.in: clang-X.Y: Depend on binutils-gold.
    - Build with NJOBS=2 on riscv64, enable the usage-wrapper for this build.
