    - src/modules: Keep shared pointers to subsurfaces around as a
      MirSurfaceItem member. Thanks to Alfred Neumayer.
    - src/modules: Only store QSharedPointers when updatePaintNode is
      complete.
    - src/modules: Avoid a race between the Scene Graph and texture
      provider cleanup.
