  * drop patch 2001_multer, reinstate dependency on multer;
  reinstate multipart feature
  * drop outdated and duplicate tests in d/t/control
  * drop `feature = "make"` cfgs in patch 1001, which are not features
  of axum

rust-axum (0.7.9-11) unstable; urgency=medium

  * fix patch 1001 more, closes: #1100349
  * add patch 1002, disabling examples to allow per-feaure testing
