phosh (0.46~rc1-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release
  * Relax phosh-common dependency.
    We don't drop gsettings without further notice and this eases partial
    upgrades.
  * Ship new manpage
  * Add two new symbols used by our plugins
