  * system-tests: re-enable tar tests, but ignore a basic timeout-related
    test. Needs more investigation.
  * No longer enable systemd system *and* user services, such as
    podman.{service,socket}, podman-auto-update.timer,
    podman-clean-transient.service, etc.  For rationale and background,
