  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Drop /etc/modprobe.d/nbd-client; the kernel default is already
      appropriate. Ubuntu-specific change.
      + Modify debian/nbd-client.dirs
      + Remove debian/nbd-client.modprobe
    - Dropping debian/nbd-client.preinst, this was added for intrepid to
      jaunty upgrades and so isn't relevant anymore (as long as we keep
      our .dirs and .modprobe change)

  * New upstream release
    - Fixes build failure for when FALLOC_FL_PUNCH_HOLE isn't available.
      Closes: #660399.
  * Switch to debhelper compat level 9, to enable build flags support.
