  * Sync with Debian (LP: #928101)
  * Ubuntu remaining changes :
   - debian/rules:
    + Add --with-xulrunner-sdk to fix FTBFS on Ubuntu (LP: #935501)
    + Disable --as-needed to fix another FTBFS on Ubuntu.
