  * Declare as Multi-Arch: foreign; thanks to Goswin von Brederlow
    <goswin-v-b at web.de> (Closes: #673398).
  * Add Polish translation; thanks to Michał Kułach" <michalkulach at gmail.com>
    (Closes: #670646).
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.3 (no changes)
  * Add copyright notices for myself in debian/copyright, update-inetd, and
    DebianNet.pm
  * Drop TODO file and add README file, which declares update-inetd as
    deprecated and points to reconf-inetd and DEP9
