llvm-toolchain-20 (1:20.1.3-1~exp1ubuntu1) questing; urgency=medium

  * Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
    - d/rules: Unset BD_ALT_HELLO, regenerate the control file.
    - d/rules: Keep building with binutils-gold for now. Known to work.
    - d/control.in: clang-X.Y: Depend on binutils-gold.
    - Build with NJOBS=5 on riscv64, enable the usage-wrapper for this build.
    - Build using llvm-spirv-20.
  * Add support for the Questing Quokka release.

  * d//libclang-common-X.Y-dev.install.in: Install xray and profile headers
    on x32.
  * d/libomp-X.Y-dev.install.in: Install libomptarget* on loong64.
  * Don't use the lld linker on mips* for the build, ftbfs.
  * d/watch*: Enable the integration-test-suite component.
