  * Team upload.
  * Add additional copyright holder.

  * Set field Upstream-Name in debian/copyright.
  * Add debian/tests/pkg-perl/syntax-skip for more autopkgtests.
  * This package has no tests, don't attempt to run them during build or
    autopkgtest.
