sccache (0.10.0-7) unstable; urgency=medium

  * tighten DEP-3 patch headers
  * revert patch 2003_no_opendal_backends to fully avoid crate opendal,
    as the packaging in Debian is now too new;
    stop build-depend on packages for crates opendal reqsign;
    reopens: bug#1060330
