oss4 (4.2-build2020-6) unstable; urgency=medium

  * rules: Take FLAGS from buildflags.mk.
  * patches/101_use_env_CFLAGS.patch: Fix taking CPPFLAGS and LDFLAGS into
    account.
  * Update standards version to 4.6.2, no changes needed.
  * rules: Simplify and rewrite to use debhelper instead of cdbs
    (Closes: Bug#1111846)
