  * Patch to drop @sellside/emitter in favor of component-emitter:
    + non-standard Event Emitter interface, fork of
      the more standard component-emitter
    + Debian has already plenty of Emitter modules
    + unmaintained, and latest version breaks cache-base.
  * copyright: add license for component
