  * Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #2111998)
    Dropped changes, superseded:
    - Ignore test results on ppc64el, known issues.
    Amended:
    - d/tests: disable apparmor userns restrictions (LP #2059278)
      Changed to allow for running on non-restrictive kernels, as
      Ubuntu Apparmor sometimes lags behind the kernel.
  * Update from upstream stable branch
  * build: use envvars for CFLAGS rather than configparms (LP: #2115734)
