sphinx (8.2.3-1) experimental; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release.
  * Drop patches:
    - fix_test_format_date_timezone.diff (included in the new release)
    - source_date_epoch.diff (included in the new release)
    - broken_argparse.diff (was needed only for Python 3.13.0)
  * Refresh other patches.
  * Bump required flit version to 3.11 (per pyproject.toml).
  * Build-depend on python3-roman-numerals.
  * Bump required version for searchtools.js in debian/dh-sphinxdoc/index.
  * Update debian/copyright.
  * Adapt package_dir replacement code in debian/rules to the new version.
  * Update numbers in debian/jstest/run-tests.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.2, no changes needed.
