  * Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #2111101). Remaining changes:
    - d/rules: pass --with-ssl=openssl
  * Dropped changes, as libgnutls28-dev is now required:
    - d/control: don't Build-Depend on libgnutls28-dev, only on libssl-dev
