gnome-metronome (1.3.0-10) unstable; urgency=medium

  * debian: Build with gtk4-rs 0.10 (Closes: #1115768)
  * d/patches: fix typos and add "Forwarded: not-needed" where relevant
  * d/control: bump Standards-Version, drop Rules-Requires-Root.
    The former doesn't require any additional change, and the latter is now
    redundant with the current default.
  * d/watch: update to version 5
