  * New upstream version 2.4.4
    - Fixes build with GCC-15. Closes: #1097344
    - Refresh patches
  * Update git repository layout to follow DEP-14
  * Enable Hunspell in LyX.
  * Update d/copyright and remove obsolete FSF postal address
  * Remove Rules-Requires-Root from d/control
  * Update Standards-Version to 4.7.2, no changes needed
  * Reformat with wrap-and-sort -astkb
