  * New upstream version 16.0.04
    - It can be built with gcc-15 (Closes: #1098039)
  * debian/control
    - Set Standards-Version: 4.7.2 with no changes
    - Add imagemagick to deal with upstream changes
  * debian/patches
    - Add set-LDFLAGS-and-CPPFLAGS.patch and use-default-cc.patch for hardening
  * debian/rules
    - With above patches, drop unnecessary lines.
