  * Team upload.
  * Build with -std=gnu17. (Closes: #1097172)
  * Declare compliance with Debian Policy 4.7.2.
  * Remove «Rules-Requires-Root: no», which is the current default.
  * Remove «Priority: optional», which is the current default.
