  * Enable prototype declarations and ensure functions are correctly
    defined. Closes: #1096804.
  * Clean src/config.h.in to allow building twice in a row.
  * Remove the old FSF address from debian/copyright.
  * Standards-Version 4.7.2, no further change required.
