rst2pdf (0.102-5) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.2
  * Drop "Rules-Requires-Root: no"
  * Add build-dep on dh-sequence-python3 to build the source on Salsa CI
  * Remove duplicate build-dep. on python3-pkg-resources,
    this already build-depends on python3-setuptools
