  * Debianization:
    - d/coyright:
      - Copyright year tuples, refresh;
    - d/t/control.in:
      - Rules-Requires-Root, disard (redundant-rules-requires-root-no-field);
      - Build-Depends, rename pkg-config with pkgconf;
      - Standards Version, bump to 4.7.2 (no change).
