  [ Jeremy Bícha ]
  * Add network-manager-config-connectivity-ubuntu as an alternate Recommends
    to the Debian package

  [ Guido Günther ]
  * d/control: Lower phoc and tour dependencies.
    They're not recent in forky yet and we want to fix other
    issues.
  * Bump versions. Those recent in forky should be updated when installing the
    meta package
