plplot (5.15.0+dfsg2-17) unstable; urgency=medium

  * d/gbp.conf: New file
  * d/watch: Convert to format version 5.
    Also, fix the Source and the Matching-Pattern fields, such that uscan
    really works.
  * d/p/working-website-hostname.patch2: New patch
  * d/s/lintian-overrides: Add override for
    debian-watch-lacks-sourceforge-redirector
  * d/control: Drop the versioned build-dependency on swig.
    This is not necessary anymore, since octave-dev (upcoming version
    10.2.0-2) will break swig << 4.3.0-2~.
