  * QA upload
  * Cherry-pick patch to port from the old pcre to pcre2 (Closes: #999930)

  * Update Build-Depends
  * Update debian/upstream/metadata to use yaml format
  * Remove debian/watch to use automatic uscan support instead
  * Add minimal debian/gbp.conf
  * Refresh patches
