  * Team upload.
  * d/rules: build for standard C 2017.
    This works around the build failure with gcc-15. (Closes: #1097436)
  * d/watch: upgrade to untrackable watch file v5.
  * d/control: remove redundant Rules-Requires-Root.
  * d/control: declare compliance to standards version 4.7.2.
