  * debian/upstream-check: sort by last-modified, not by simple version string
  * debian/patches/ubuntu-ec2-cmd-fixes.patch, debian/ec2-api-tools.install:
    install jar files into /usr/share/ec2-api-tools rather than /usr/lib,
    fixing lintian 'jar-not-in-usr-share' warning.
