  * Fix calculation of -I paths for Python multiarch compatibility.
    - debian/patches/python-multiarch-includes.patch: Added
    - debian/rules: Add --with autoreconf and override_dh_autoreconf for
      correct invocation of autoreconf.
    - debian/control: Added B-D on dh-autoreconf.
