  * New upstream snapshot
    - Force mobile version of Yahoo Flickr login
    - The webkit-options file for signon-ui was not installed (LP: #1041744)
    - Allow building without binary account plugins
    - refactor the build system to use non-recursive make and remove
    - some old VAPI files.
    - Google: allow plain http on some URLs.
  * debian/control
    - make account-plugin-tools depend on python3-gi
