  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * Depend on haskell-devscripts 0.8.13 to ensure this package is built
    against experimental.
  * Apply https://github.com/jgoerzen/testpack/pull/7 to port to QuickCheck
    2.5, which dropped the maxDiscard field (closes: #704817).
