  * Merge with Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - build with clang-19 for riscv64 to fix FTBFS.
      - libomp-20-dev is not available for clang, and clang-20 is unable to
        find the flags if libomp-19-dev is used with clang-20.
    - Ignore test failures with mpich. See Debian #1066735.
    - Ignore test failures with openmpi on amd64, arm64, ppc64el.
