    + Replace build-dependency octave-statistics by
      octave-statistics-common
    + Exclude build-dependencies octave-statistics-common and
      octave-struct when profile nocheck is active
  * d/watch: Convert to format version 5
  * d/s/lintian-override: Override Lintian warning
    debian-watch-lacks-sourceforge-redirector
  * d/clean: New file
  * Proper installation of .info file
    + d/octave-optim.info: New file
    + d/rules: Change name of info file at the build directory
      directory.
  * d/octave-optim.docs: Also install the doc/development/ directory
  * d/rules: Build the documentation in HTML format
