rocm-hipamd (6.4.3-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Add d/p/0021-fix-size-mismatch-of-count-type.patch to fix
    out-of-bounds write causing FTBFS when both LTO and hardening
    flags are enabled
  * Explicitly disable LTO as a temporary workaround for further
    errors causing FTBFS on downstream distributions
